Basic rental fee

The basic rental fee for Jorishie Hall for a six (6) hour event is: $1200 plus a Refundable Security Deposit of $400. Thirty 60" round tables with 8 chairs at each are included in this price, plus use of the catering kitchen with a commercial refrigerator, ice machine, warmer oven and microwave. Two (2) hours for set up before your event is included. Decorating time if needed can be arranged if the Hall is not in use.

3-4 hours rental fee

Rental for three (3) to four (4) hours fee is: $500 plus the Refundable security deposit of $400 Above amenities are included.

Fee for additional time

A $100 per hour fee is charged for additional time over agreed upon time.
