About

Built in 2007, Jorishie Hall adjoins St. Therese Maronite Catholic Church. The church is an Eastern Rite Catholic Church with a diversified cultural membership. Many of the members came from Lebanon. They are wonderful cooks and enjoy making traditional Lebanese dishes. These can be purchased at the two annual events held in Jorishie Hall by the church. In order to best utilize the Hall it is leased to others during the year. Many other churches, organizations and individuals rent the Hall and enjoy the amenities of this beautiful facility.

Christmas Lunch

Held annually in early December, Christmas lunch is a treat for those who love Lebanese food. Last year over 500 guests were served delicious Lebanese food from 11:30 to 3:30 on a Sunday afternoon. Many people purchased things from the bake sale being held - like baklava and other traditional Lebanese treats plus cabbage rolls, grape leaves, hummus and other things on sale. Dinners are also available for take out.

Lebanon Fest

Set for June 5 in 2010. The Fest includes fun and Lebanese food. In 2009, Safari Joe entertained the children outside with some of his animals and pony rides while people enjoyed the excellent authentic Lebanese cuisine.
